just wow!

as a big girl these are the types of stories you want to read about. This story was beautiful. I loved Heath and MJ together. I loved how the book was paced. Seeing their relationship develop from the beginning. I loved that there was no unecessary drama lama that was used as filler, instead the relationship between the two MCs was consistent throughout. The length of the book left me feeling satisfied. I know there is a sequel to this book, however even with this I am satisfied. I would highly recommend this book. The narrator also did a great job with the accents.

BBW Romance at its finest.

This is the first book of Tani's that I have read/listened too and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Although it was a rather a long book, could it have been shorter - yes, But I am glad it wasn't because I did enjoy the story..

At the beginning, I thought our heroine MJ was a bit of a doormat because of the way she let the antagonist treat her, but later on she explained to the hero about picking your battles. Having said that, she was a lot more patient than I would have ever been.

The hero Heath was absolutely wonderful. His love for MJ was unwavering and he was very supportive of her music and also her insecurities. It was a lovely read. This was definitely a feel good HEA that I am glad I spent the time listening.

Virginity lost

Although I like this book and it’s overall tone .. it’s basically a coming out story about a sheltered young lady who is broken in to a whole new world full of sexual firsts by an experienced musician and confidence. At first I thought he took advantage of her shy and naive nature but eventually I realized it was more . This is a must read but think about what you read .

A wonderful listen

I love that the book is body positive.
I love the characters and that they have depth.
I love the romantic development. Not too sappy or sugary. It felt realistic, which is tough to do given the premise. I wanted to stay with these characters and see how their lives continue.
The narrator did a fantastic job with the accents.
The length of the book was fine. Perhaps it could have been two books, as most authors might do, but every part of the book held my interest. And one download is easier than two.

The first time you have a good day I think you’re gonna have to take it to a doctor because you don’t want it and I think you’re not going anywhere so you. So you don’t want me there so I can take you there to see if you want it but you don’t want that and then you have the chance that.

Editor please!

I enjoyed the book, but it was waaaay too long. The story was solid, the characters were developed, the narration was fine, there was just too much. This was a 10 hour booked dressed up in 15 hours. Toward the end I got bored. There were several places I thought the story was getting ready to wrap up, and I would check the playing time and there were still several hours left. I finally just quit.

Too long and too whiny

I get low self esteem and self deprication , at a certain oooint the insults and the I’m so gross were too much. It made me feel like a person of size didn’t write this.
