Another engaging story!
Joshilyn Jackson is a FAVORITE. This book is slightly darker than her early stories but it held my interest the whole way. I listen to at least 4 audio books every month & I will always pick her new books & can’t wait for the next. Interesting characters & family relationships. Stories about people & situations are my favorite. The dynamics she writes about never disappoint. I love her voice as well. Always great narration. This one is a credit well spent. Waiting for the next one!

I love this author and I think this is the best book so far! I also love that she reads herself, it makes the telling better. I hope her next book is about "Thaila"

Wow!!!

Just wow. I kept thinking I've got this figured out. Well, no actually. Heck no. I listened in one day. I'm left with wanting the next two novels with these characters. Especially these powerful brilliant badass women. It delved into crimes against women and the men that commit them. As Penny navigates the grief of losing her twin sister, she seeks vengeance for her death. She is plunged into the dark world of crime that has nullified women. Penny finds strength and courage in her sister's spirit, in the mysterious woman she meets, in her cop mentor Delia, her hacker niece Shadow, and in herself.

There needs to be a Missing Sister book 2. I'm a sucker for a happy ending.
