I read this book years ago. Still a good story. The narrator ruined it. It was truthfully a hard read. Especially the singing. It was cringe worthy and took away from the feels of the moment for me.

The fact that the character wasn’t made to sound like a model

Overall the book was good. I enjoyed the storyline, but the narrator was awful. I mean, I know Nicole Small can’t read every book on the app, but sheesh the narrator can make it break a book in most cases. Anyway, great job Keisha.

The story line seems good so far but this narrator almost made me cut it off! I wish the narrator from Keisha Ervins other books could have read this one, the dramatic pauses and repeating words is so annoying!

Why the hell did y’all let that lady sing thru this whole story? We didn’t need that part AT ALL. and idk what Victor was doing besides dicking her down. At least Andrew got her a business
