This story is well-written to capture the reader’s full attention. Diego is a hero with a loving, compassionate heart – and exactly the kind of person Jessica needs in her life to give her hope again. Is she ready to trust and move forward with her life?

The narrator for the audiobook is Cassandra Medcalf. She does a great job with the voices, reading with expression, to make it easy for the listener to get an accurate idea of what each character is like. It helps to set the mood and is an enjoyable way to “read” and enjoy the book.

Rock n Roll Romance

Jess is running from her ex a abusive cop. Jess is so traumatized she can't even be alone with a man. Jess' sister is going out on tour but her friend Diego and his band just ended their tour. Diego is a guitarist for Metalsome a rock band. Jess has always had a secret crush on Diego. Diego promises to take Jess home with him and keep her safe. Diego is very supportive, sweet, and kind. Diego doesn't push Jess he just finds any way he can to help her heal. Along the way Diego and his band become very protective over Jess. Diego and his band will do anything to protect Jess. Diego and his band become like family to Jess. An attraction grows between Diego and Jess though. I liked this book from the very beginning.

Feel Good Rock Star Romance

This was an amazing story of the FMC overcoming an abusive relationship and making new connections. I loved how the narrator brought these characters to life and made the story that much better. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Rock n roll fairy tale!

What a journey for this character. From beaten and bruised to badass vengeance and justice. All while getting the man of her dreams and group of charming support characters along the way. Very fast and fun read! I can’t wait to read more about Jess’s adventures with her love and the band.

Diego and Jessica

Jessica left her abusive ex and was staying with her sister until he found her. He beat her again, she was able to get away and showed up at the concert venue. Her sister is about to go on tour with her band, she does not know where that leaves her and how she going to avoid him. It is suggested she stay with Diego, the guitarist for Metalsome.

Diego cannot believe he got a hold of Jessica again, he saw he the last time this happened. Both of them have been thru trauma in their lives, will he be able to help her heal?.
