I initially was disappointed that the information on past lives was not from a typical source, such as hypnosis regression, but from meditation. This seemed highly suspect, as did the similar theme in most of the past lives. However it all came together at the end and regardless of how she got there, it feels like truth. The AI narration missed a few pronunciations or deliveries of words but I got used to it and actually enjoyed it. Worthwhile listen.
