one of the best books I've ever listened to

I was a little concerned to purchase this after reading the review about it being depressing. It is not! It is uplifting and hope-giving! Granted, you have to have already made the decision that "reality" might not be what we were led to believe it is. Mary Helen presents her information and stories with humor, compassion, and respect for every point of view.

Very Relaxing

I actually rather enjoyed this book, I really like the audio version being it is both read by the author and includes frequently based background music. It was extremely relaxing, I recommend listening before going to sleep. Mostly full of anecdotal stories it was more so entertaining than anything but did offer up some interesting perspectives.

Creepy Background music

Great story and storyteller, but creepy, disturbing background music is so distracting and unnecessary. Disappointing that I can't tolerate listening to this.

This book is wonder-filled. I love the passion, enthusiasm, and authentic love and grace that radiates from Dr. Mary Helen Hensley's voice. At times, I laughed, teared-up, and even felt goosebumps at moments of truthful testimony. What a gift!
