A beautiful completion to the D’Angelo story

Amazing family story. Multi generational and addressing love, lost and love again for people in their fifties. A subject for told about often and heartwarmingly done. Highly recommended.

Love stories of the expanding D'Angelo family.

Love this series by Catherine Bybee. Was so happy this book was dedicated to Mari's story. Absolutely loved the characters. Became fully immersed in following the unfolding years of the D'Angelo family.

Great addition to the series

I’ve enjoyed this series. Family love, loss, annoying, supportive, invasive, zero privacy and yet, they’re fabulous. This book focuses on Mari, the family matriarch, who is very old fashioned, stuck in her ways and has zero interest in romance even though her beloved husband told her he wanted her to find love again after cancer took his life way too soon. She reluctantly goes on a cruise with her recently divorced BFF, who is desperate to relive her younger days and just have some fun. Then she meets James and she is open to possibilities. Except for her grown adult children who are over the top protective so she hides their relationship, until they get outed. They’re so sweet and their road to a second hand chance is a fun read even with some bumps, all from family, along the way.
