I rarely listen to an audiobook twice

This one, however, is the exception. I really can't recommend this one enough. I've lost count of how many times I've listened to this. The sound design is amazing, the story is intriguing, and the voice acting is excellent. A++

A quick fix for the 40k universe

A great 40k universe story when you are short on time. Very much worth the credit!

My favorite Warhammer 40K short story

This audio drama is one of the best 40k stories ever, and not a single gunshot is fired. It provides a glimpse into daily life for normal citizens of the Imperium, and it is bleak, drrary , and depressing. Revel in its grim darkness...

I wish there were more like this

I wish there were more like this.

I don't feel the need for the 100th bland fighting scene with forced yelling, screaming and screeching. But these kind of story driven, meaningful dramas are just intellectual enough to raise above the rest.
Great immersion and excellent use of the setting. Please make more.

Annoying sound effects

The story was okay. some of the sound effects added to the atmosphere. Most of the sound effects were obnoxious and distracting. Random clacking, ticking, and a baby crying. I think just turning the volume down on the sound effects would have made it better.

Unfulfilled Promise

Lots of potential, but no real ending. Not bad, but not worth paying more than $1.
