The wedding planner had done a great job. Predictably, he did his best to jack up the price with extras to please the mother of the bride who insisted on a traditional, monochromatic wedding. Even so, the bride prevailed, and Trina and Bill’s wedding burst with color.

The victim also worked as event planner at the local country club, where he was popular with the men for his organizational skills, and with the ladies for other reasons. Due to special circumstances, a detective is called in from county to run the investigation. Everyone is treated as a suspect–including Stacie, momzilla, the wedding party, and all the guests. With happy and less happy clients, an ex-wife, and more, the suspect pool seems endless.

As the investigation goes sideways, Stacie’s instincts kick in as she tries to identify the killer on her own. As a result, a series of suspicious incidents ensue with Stacie as the target. Can she figure out who killed the wedding planner?

A great mystery and such a fun listen!

It’s Trina and Bill’s special day and the gangs all together to celebrate with them! Just as they’re starting their new life together, someone has their wedding planner pushing up daisies! With more suspects than not, the county calls in “Detectives Annoying and Inept” to handle the investigation! It’s a good thing Staci and O’Hare are on hand to make sure get things done right! “Marriage, Malice & Murder” is throughly enjoyable from beginning to end! Beautifully written, witty, and featuring the characters I have grown to know and love, along with some delightful and diabolical new additions, I devoured this one! The plot was not only interesting, and entertaining, I had a blast adding up the evidence and trying to work out “who done it”! I love how it all made such beautiful! perfect sense at the reveal! Brought to life by beautiful, clear, enjoyable, narration, this was a five star listen in all categories! I really hope there is a book nine in the offing because I am not ready to let this gang go! I love them!

Thrilling Murder Mystery

I enjoyed book 8 of the "Stacie Maroni Mystery" series a lot. Once the audiobook started, I had to listen until the end as I found the story so captivating. Stacie was a guest at her friend's wedding. The guests were having a great time, until the dead body of the wedding planner was found. The story was fast paced, and the action never stopped. The characters were independent and edgy. I'm looking forward to the next book in the series. Naomi Rose-Mock's narration provided voices that fit the characters, and this added to the story's entertainment. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.

very suspenseful and good to the last word

Another great mystery that kept me guessing until the end. This was very suspenseful and had me suspecting everybody. lol. I enjoyed the journey and didn't want it to end. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest opinion. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life.

Weddings and wrongdoing

Marriage, Malice & Murder is the 8th Stacie Maroni Mystery by Christa Nardi. After Trina and Bill’s wedding, the wedding planner is found murdered. There are so many suspects and another local police force is investigating the crime. Stacie is being targeted, harassed and attacked because people thinks she knows something about the murder. A thrilling mystery with twists & turns that keep you engaged right to the end! The narration by Naomi Rose-Mock is great. She creates different voices for all the characters, which brings the story to life.

Great Book

Love the Stacy Moroni Mystery's. They are fun and always keep me huessing who it is.
