Such An Important Audio Book!

This story is about an average late middle aged man. He is a good husband and father, a reliable employee, and a generally mild mannered average citizen.

Wow, Very excellent audiobook for me!

Lots to like in this borderline horror-cum-crime-mystery-thriller. Jack Strange certainly lives up to his name with this fast-paced shocker.

Really good audiobook to listen!!!

The best book ever written? No, but I really enjoyed this tale of a journalist whose life takes an unusual turn after visiting a killer on his prison death-bed.

Horrifyingly good! I loved it!

Definitely not for the faint of heart, Manchester Vice is a beautifully done, delightfully original story that really held my attention! Interesting, entertaining and at times graphically horrifying, the writing is fantastic! The characters are unique, some bordering on decidedly odd, all fully developed and beautifully defined speaking fantastically written, fabulously narrated dialogue that is completely believable! The plot flows beautifully and the scene setting is clear, beautifully narrated and easily understandable, The story will keep you guessing with plenty of twists, turns, surprises and and ending that stunned and delighted me! Sorry, no spoilers! You’ll have to listen to get the goods. I’m so glad I did! Five frighteningly good stars!

I was so much interested to learn about this book

Then one day he becomes someone else entirely. This story has twists and turns that surprise you. And the end is one I did not see coming at all.

Twisted

This macabre murder mystery says something about human psyche and what could push someone to commit murder. This audiobook was gripping from beginning to end because of the talents of narrator Peter McGiffen. The ending blew me away.

Difficult

It is extremely difficult to listen to if you have an active imagination. Gory. The author gives you the basis of the book afterward, but it is still hard to listen to. Bit an important lesson in it.

This is a awfully helpful audio book

This story involves a character arc in reverse, a revelation of devolution. Our protagonist loses his trust, his integrity, and eventually his humanity.

very good

This was a horrifically electrifying thriller. It had me gagging more than one time as I listened. I never did guess who the blackmailer was. Whether wrong or right, I was pulling for Brad, because he suffered a lot of betrayals and indignities. This was a good one!!! I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving my honest opinion. The narrator did a great job bringing it to life.

I love and suggest it.
