Can't get enough of this world...

I had to listen to this immediately after finishing book 1, as it left me completely addicted to this world. I’d start on book 3 right this minute as well, if I could swing it, but I’ll get to it eventually.

This installment maintains the mystery and excitement. Cid is still a bit salty towards the town due to previous events, but ultimately likes it and is quickly becoming ‘one of them’. I also enjoyed watching him become a farmer and fix up his property—truly a fun read, all-around.

Magic flies around freely, there’s humor, fun competition, dangerous battles … it packs it all. I’d love to watch this on the screen in some form: perhaps a limited series would work well.

Seriously, Marcus is one of the best, if not THE best narrator I’ve heard. Excellent. 5-stars performance.

Another well-written story from a very good author

Mana Harvest 2: A Quiet Living Fantasy Slice of Life (Sword to Ploughshare Saga), my tenth read from author Wolfe Locke. A captivating, page-turning, well-written read leaving you panting for more. “I received a free Audible copy of this book and now I'm voluntarily leaving a review." The gifting of this book did not affect my opinion of it. I look forward to reading more from this author. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Great Sequel

Very great sequel and slice of life book. Likable characters and definitely want some cobbler after reading this book.

Another excellent story from Falcon and Locke!

James Falcon and Wolfe Locke do another amazing job with this slice of life story. The second book in the series continues where we left off in book 1 and further develops the MCs, the struggles, relationships, and of course the overall world. I look forward to reading and listening to book 3 in the series! Audio Version: Alexa Roosevelt and Marcus Jahn do another incredible job with the story, characters, and overall narration.

just as enjoyable as book 1

A nice, slow paced slice of life story was just the thing to change up my listening. Matched with fantastic narration I very much enjoyed this one.

Well worth the time

Far from what I expected and definitely distant from the normal fair I consume. The story in my opinion is everything that has sequel should be which is the same elements that made the first book good and then some. The narration team is relatively new to me. The gentleman narrator appears to have improved from the last book in a substantial way. That's not to say that the lady narrator is not talented in her own right. There just to me appeared to be not much need for improvement on her side. The writing is quality, and I am very interested in seeing what comes next. Well done all around.

I hope this series is continued

I really enjoyed this duology. Great characters and amazing vibes all around. The voice actors are also both total gems. Nice job to the whole team.
