Lots going on

Like the storyline so far; don’t like the abrupt ending in the middle of drama and being left hanging. Narrators do a good job with characters. Onto book 2 to move away from the cliff!

Love it and wished it was a longer series

I am such a huge fan of laurelin Paige!!! Her work is always really intimate; hot and sexy but also she has a way of connecting the love interests in a beautiful (albeit fictional) way - and heck if I wanted to read about real life I would pick up a documentary. This series is no exception. My only “complaint” is that it’s a shorter series. I’ve grown used to long books with 3 or 4 books in the universe. My preference is love affairs in NYC, great energy for the backdrop of the story. This series has good twists which kept it really interesting. LOVE!

One of my favorites

I love this story and I love it in duet style. The Sebastian series is always great, depicting wealth, family dysfunction, stereotypes, greed and both the good and bad about life and love.

The narrators are also the perfect combination.

Highly recommend!!!

Please! Please! Please! I am in love with these two and the story line so far! I cannot wait for the second book but secretly hoping for more than just a duet. I have been in love with Laurelin’s writing since Fixed on You. Thank you for keeping the steamy romances coming. I have withdrawals when I go to long without a new book from Laurelin Paige.

Holy cliffhanger Batman!!

Laurelin never disappoints. Hot steamy romance with a huge buildup. And then WHAM!!! A cliffhanger right between the eyes. Can’t wait to start the second book to see how this plays out.

what a great listen.

i did this through Audible... what a great listen. great narrator picks ...loved them both. Emily Roya and Jacob Morgan. not an appropriate for listening around others or children. just saying!! but u probably already knew that!! great ... but it is a total cliffhanger!! but i am not complaining ...just letting you know u gotta get ready for the next one ... i am so ready. i wanna know where we are going next??! any know ... with me??! i want to get the next one as an audible listen as well. wonder when that will be PreOrder. sure hope it is the same narrators again??!

Cliffhanger

I really liked the male character. I didn’t care for female character and her double views on the people around her. Too much political bs.
