practical guide for a musician in the real world.
This book is extremely helpful to any artist considering a career in the arts. It covers a wide array of topics and gives practical, seasoned advice. The book dispels many of the myths involved in having a successful career and provides suggestions with input from real artists in real-life situations to illustrate many points. I highly recommend his book to artists at all levels, managers and agents.

This is a great book on Music Career.
All of the things, tips and guides that I need to know about making your music work for you (the science of generating money by licensing your music to TV and film) are already included and well written inside. Marie Hamilton has done an incredible awesome job in compiling and creating this book.
Also the unique part of this book is the compilations of the “How to interface with the music industry to sell your songs”. Very informative, useful and well explained.
This book is really a great resource for those who want to learn more about the science of generating money by licensing your music to TV and film.
The book is worthy of attention!

Any additional comments?
Useful book! This guide gives a great overview of how to turn your spare room into a recording space to make music. It even has a very helpful chapter that deals with common mistakes when it comes to converting your room. I really liked the chapter about exactly how to set everything up. This has been very helpful as I decide which of my rooms will be best suited to convert into a full studio! Really worth recommending to all!
