A perfect feel-good story with excellent narrators

Erin Nicholas, one of the few one-click authors for me, brought us back to Sapphire Falls with the next generation of fantastic characters. David is Kindle-melting hot. He’s the local Game and Parks officer, and although he has a bad boy past, he is a stickler for the rules now. He finds Mia Hanson stuck with a tornado bearing down on the town, and David knows he needs to get her to safety. Even though she’s the daughter of the town cop and a man David has a past with, he just can’t seem to stay away from that smile and sweet yet naughty personality.

Ms. Nicholas writes the kind of feel-good, put-a-smile-on-your-face, laugh-out-loud, emotional stories that I become totally enthralled with. Her characters are full of love, warmth, and awesome banter. The steam between David and Mia is hot, fun, and perfect for their story. Ryan Lee Dunlap was the absolute perfect David Bennett! His tone and attitude made David vivid and everything I thought he’d be. There were several times I had to rewind just to listen to him again. Carolyn Eve brought the sassy and sweet Mia right off the page and into my ears. They made me laugh and swoon, and I couldn’t get enough. I enjoyed this audio version so much, I know I’ll be listening to it again and again. I can’t wait for our next trip back to Sapphire Falls.
