I'm so glad I purchased this book.
After reading mixed reviews, I took a chance & purchased the book. I'm so glad I did. Lara's voice is calming & easy on the ears. I enjoyed listening to her story as well as the thought provoking questions she asks to make you really think about what's important. She does ask you to pause the recording & write out your thoughts as other reviewers mentioned. I listened mostly when I was driving. Some readers didn't like that, but if you're the type that likes to write out your thoughts & take action, then it's very valuable. Overall, a really good book that helps you to focus on what matters.
