Attraction vs. Commitment Made by Mail

Should you let your sibling have the person you love just because she's always gotten what she wants? When the sisters arrive to marry brothers, they automatically pair off with the wrong person. Still, the younger sister wants the security of money rather than embracing the attraction and love she feels for the sheriff brother. So two sisters who have been extremely close must decide if true love will conquer separate them. Will the older marry the man she wants even though her sister is promised to him? The selfless heroine must decide if it's time to do something for her self after always looking out for her sister.
I enjoy Ms. Osbourne's writing so very much. The frontier life in a developing town is so well depicted. I love the details she includes so that I feel as if I am living there as well. Also, I very much liked reading about a love that truly started with the first time the couple's eyes met in the train station. That just adds to the romance for me. The story continues beyond the couple's marriage which is something I look for. I want to read about those first few months, at least, as the couple settles into their new life together.
I reccomend this book to anyone who enjoys western historical romance. There is one "behind the bedroom door" scene but isn't graphic.

I feel cheated!

I feel as if this book to come with a warning only half a story. The author only tells you Ellen side of the story the whole time you’re wondering what is happening with Melinda and Wesley you’ll never know, not unless you bye The next book. Not book 2. You are on your own. And have to figure out the other half of the story is in another book. Not to mention not only are you , on your own. Then at the end there was a cliffhanger with Millbrook to satiate your curiosity. I thought Kierstin Osborne as an author did a wonderful job I love that she didn’t bring 21st-century opinions into the 1800s and that she was true to the way things were back then. I just don’t like being fooled into buying a book that is only going to tell half the story then have notebook just Saul the cliffhanger. If there is a solution to the cliffhanger it should be stated in the summary I have looked and cannot find it. Again I think this author is a great writer and I love this book with the exception I’m not hearing Melinda story and having to buy a whole Nother boat to do so. And ANarrator was wonderful she did a great job I love that. I even tried to find her on Facebook and or Twitter to ask her which one is booked to but I can’t find the author anywhere. I feel so frustrated and let down that’s such a great writer and she is really good would just tell you half the story and not let you know what book to follow up with it just makes me so angry I feel I have wasted a credit.
