Relatable

So much of this I could relate to. I liked the approach on drinking and correlation to general life stresses. I read drinking: a love story and thought this was better.

I related to this book a lot.

I agree with the author that the human condition is enough to need a 12 step program . I too have dual addictions .

Just Ok

I was expecting more stories and not so much AS / therapy speak. What stories she told were entertaining.

Disappointing

I loved her honesty in the audiobook was well read, however, the general message was lacking and the last couple of chapters felt more like rationalizations.

Funny, educational and sad. Must read if you liked “ loose girl” you will enjoy this book too
