I have trouble falling asleep, and this audiobook definitely worked, but for the first few months that's all it did - help me sleep. Then I had a period where I would be dreaming, know it was a dream, get freaked out and want to wake up. Pretty interesting. It felt like I was living an additional life. Nothing has happened since though, I think my mind has become too accustomed to this book.
