Not what I was looking for

The story was good, but the cussing seemed over done in places and the lead male called the lead female baby to a point of immaturity.

Audio not in sync with book

I'm really like the story line. Only thing I I head. not pleased with was the audio books was not in sync with the book. I like to read along with the audio and the audio book was a bit different then the written book. The book was a bit cleaner then the audio. I enjoyed both but wads surprised at the difference.

Copy and paste a few dozen times and you have a book ...

Jordan was enamored by the love scene that she created, so much so that she "copied and pasted" that scene twice in each chapter until it became predictable and boring.
At the 20th chapter and having heard the same plot every time that the couple met eyes, and other parts of their bodies; I called it quits.
One star is more than this story deserves.

Not the best I've heard

Disappointed in this one. The story line was interesting enough, but the leading female was a bore. She was dull and simpering and had no backbone. Leading male was just as boring, though was repeatedly referred to as 'beastly', by others as well as himself. He was bossy, condescending and a bit of a jerk, but there was nothing beastly about him. There were numerous grammatical errors as well. It comes across as juvenile due to the simplicity of the writing, however there are numerous sex scenes, so it was meant for mature readers. Oh, and the sex scenes are boring and repetitive. My main problem is that a man appears in a woman's life, and all of a sudden she lets him take control of her life, talk to her like she is a child and call all of the shots. Unbelievable. I had to laugh when he calls her his 'copper-haired spitfire', as that was the last description I would apply to her. Sorry, but it just didn't make the grade for me. The narrator did a great job, though!
