Outstanding as usual!

Wonderful characters, outstanding narrator, and i’m hoping next time that Olive will be struck by lightning and have a transformation as did Bruce.

As always a wonderful story. Everyone seemed to be accounted for except Pat.
The narration always enjoyable.

First rate

I deeply hope that AMS enjoys writing his books as much as I enjoy listening to them, especially this series. I only have to cue up a book to feel light and warm inside, even before I hear Robert Ian Mackenzie's voice. He is the perfect match for these books, and if anything, he enriches the stories. Can't wait for the next!

Finally a BIT of Justice!!!
Stewart still needs to push back.
Olive and her gang of wee thugs need to be neutralized.
Balance in the time of Bertie would be nice, but then what???
I look forward to more 44 Scotland Street.

As witty and entertaining as ever

This engaging book, a sequel to the 44 Scotland Street series, is full of little surprises and witticisms, and keeps the reader or listener engaged for hours. My favorite character is little Bertie, who manages to keep his innocent and positive perspective on life despite his insufferable mother and classmates. The narration is masterful, and engages the listener with every character's personality. The plot is simple, built around the daily lives of the characters, and is entertaining without requiring a lot of concentration. Perfect for listening on long car trips.

Not Enough About Bertie!!!

I was Looking forward to a new book about Bertie! While the story about Bertie and Ranald
Braveheart Mac Pherson was excellent There was far too much about other Characters such
as Domenica and Bruce. MORE Bertie Please! Hence the 4 stars!
It should have been called musings about Scotland Street.
The Narration was perfect as usual.

Love the series and the reader.

These books are always entertaining and uplifting. Love getting to know the returning characters and the dry humor.

Another enticing visit with young Bertie

Scotland must include Bertie and his cast of characters in its overall appeal to all of us longing to visit.
