I have never listened to an audiobook before but he narrator was good and I would listen to another that he narrated.

it vaidated what I already believed.

I feel to many people look for love and self worth in the eyes of others. How can they give you what you can not give yourself? This book takes a step by step approach to showing you how to make a difference in your life, how to love yourself before you can love others.

Yes! The reader is wonderful and it just adds on even more to the greatness of the printed version.

What does John Eastman bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The tone that Eastman presents is wonderful. It brings the information more "to life" and is just more uplifting in general.

Overall, I absolutely loved this audible. The reader helped me feel better about myself and the content taught me to love myself. I have recommended this to all of my friends and family and I recommend it to EVERYONE!

What made the experience of listening to Love Yourself the most enjoyable?

listening to the book separate the "feel good" statements we're told to tell ourselves, and brought self-love back around to a visualization process. Self-affirming statements are fine, but fleeting. We must learn how to visualize loving ourselves.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Love Yourself?

My a-Ha moment was when the narrator talked about visualizing tracks you're on and moving from one to another to visualize your own path to self-love.

Which character – as performed by John Eastman – was your favorite?

He narrates this non-fiction book. His voice is calming and utterly hypnotizing.
