I have never listened to an audiobook before but he narrator was good and I would listen to another that he narrated.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

it vaidated what I already believed.

I feel to many people look for love and self worth in the eyes of others. How can they give you what you can not give yourself? This book takes a step by step approach to showing you how to make a difference in your life, how to love yourself before you can love others.

What did you love best about Love Yourself?

I decided to start listening to audios while I work out on my elliptical machine each day. Part of my new year’s resolution was to exercise more. I get bored while on the machine and trying to balance a book while on the machine just wasn’t working out too well.
This audio caught my attention as I like motivational content and – well, this month is Valentine’s Day- so I decided that was yet another good reason to purchase a book on loving myself.
This is a great transformational audio that made me feel good about myself and started my day out in an excellent way.
The narration was very good and the nice thing for me is that I could listen to this audio during one workout. I am planning on listening to it again as it really starts my day out well.
I’ve since recommended this audio to several of my friends.

A Phenomenal Book

Would you listen to Love Yourself again? Why?

Yes I would listen to it over and over , the book is really motivating and I want to absorb every word that this book offers to me. When you love yourself you become open to the abundance that the Universe has to give and I want to achieve this kind of love for myself.

I had previously purchased the Kindle version, I loved it, and I wanted to get the audio book, which I found just as uplifting! The concluding chapter "88 Reasons to Love Yourself", was ground-breaking new material I have never seen anywhere else. Each one of the 88 reasons could be an inspirational quote on your wall

It is an awesome book with a warm philosophy that anyone can apply to their life.

A must read for building good character.

I really enjoyed listening to this book. I will apply things in this book in my life to help build good character tracts and positive energy.

Yes! The reader is wonderful and it just adds on even more to the greatness of the printed version.

What does John Eastman bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The tone that Eastman presents is wonderful. It brings the information more "to life" and is just more uplifting in general.

Overall, I absolutely loved this audible. The reader helped me feel better about myself and the content taught me to love myself. I have recommended this to all of my friends and family and I recommend it to EVERYONE!

What made the experience of listening to Love Yourself the most enjoyable?

listening to the book separate the "feel good" statements we're told to tell ourselves, and brought self-love back around to a visualization process. Self-affirming statements are fine, but fleeting. We must learn how to visualize loving ourselves.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Love Yourself?

My a-Ha moment was when the narrator talked about visualizing tracks you're on and moving from one to another to visualize your own path to self-love.

Which character – as performed by John Eastman – was your favorite?

He narrates this non-fiction book. His voice is calming and utterly hypnotizing.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

"As the narrator mapped out the visualization proces I found myself suddenly transported, traveling along with the narrator in a perfect visualization of my own path to self-love. It was all revealed to me in a moment."

The Transformative Power of Self-Love

Would you consider the audio edition of Love Yourself to be better than the print version?

I did not read the print edition so I cannot say whether one is better than the other, but I really enjoyed the audio version! It was like an introspective meditation.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked how loving yourself is presented as a powerful transformative energy across multiple domains in life, from one's being outward to the benefit of others and in connection with the divine. I would say the book is spiritual and tries to show readers that once they hold and practice love for oneself, many benefits can be realized. Life can be better.

John Eastman didn't perform any particular character, but voices one viewpoint in the narration. He narrates the words of author, Tazkuvel.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, it was very pleasant to listen to all in one sitting. It is the perfect length, just over a half an hour.

I absolutely would recommend this book to a friend or anyone! It hit me so profoundly and was so beautiful, so true, everyone owes it to themselves to listen to this book at least once!

What did you like best about this story?

The calming, peaceful, uplifting information that made so much sense. Relayed in a way that had me shaking my head in agreement throughout the presentation and filling my eyes with tears when I realized how true it all really is and how badly I need to follow the advice in this book. I deserve love from myself and those in my life! It just truly hit home for me and I believe it will for everyone who takes the time to read it!

Which character – as performed by John Eastman – was your favorite?

John Eastman has a soothing voice, a clear voice that really grabs your attention, however, I felt it could be a little less robotic in presentation.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

You Can't Shine Until You Love Yourself! or Love Yourself and Illuminate the Darkness Around You!

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this book but the 88 Reasons to love yourself were just outstanding! I found myself replaying and replaying so many of these reasons just to get them to really sink in and to force myself to absorb this information that called out to my heart! I needed this and am so grateful to have had the opportunity to acquire this book!

Although it was not groundbreaking even those of us who understand these concepts can benefit from the positive reminder of the lessons in this book.

What about John Eastman’s performance did you like?

It was very professional the only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was that for the topic it was a little too much like an announcer than a coach.

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

The most important message is that you are responsible for your own happiness in life and if you look to others for that and let them define you get ready for the roller coaster
