Great book. Terrible narration!
The content of the book is incredible, but the person reading it is worse than a computer voice. I had to order the paperback to read it again so I can really get the full impact of the author’s intentions.

A very revelatory read, a tool for healing.
It's focus on the symptoms of and reasons and means for overcoming co-dependency and how to avoid causing it by poor choices in the next generation was incredible. I found myself initially recognizing elements in others at varying degrees and them some in myself. Priceless. I'm ordering the print version now!

Life changing
It revealed to me the hidden gems I could not understand about how my past is the reason for my current mental state. I learned how to come in terms of what has happened in order to live a happier life.
