worth a listen

Very good! I read all books by Michael Connelly and this one hit the mark. There are many twists that keep you interested and the narrator did a great job. I could see Harry Bosch and feel his emotions. This book wasn't quite as good as City of Bones but it was very enjoyable

Up to snuff...

Another Bosch novel that doesn't disappoint. If you're looking for a "can't miss" this certainly fits the mold. Excellent narration too. I can't believe Hollywood hasn't moved on Bosch. Bruce Willis would be excellent for this role.

Another Harry Bosch thriller. I found it difficult to stop listening, and often continued after arriving at my job! This one is a definate pick.

Harry's tenacity led him to the greatest discovery of his life. Hope it will go well. Enjoyed the book.

My love affair continues

Connelly continues to hold me in his grip! Every book has enough twists to hold me to the end, and then makes a final twist. This book brings us into the post 9/11 era, touching on the flagrant excesses that have mortified us Americans. Retired Bosch continues to be the effective detective, albeit retired. Can't wait for the next one!

Great Harry Bosch story

If you like the Harry Bosch series, you will love this book. A good plot and the usual wonderful Bosch character. Good performance, too.

1st audio Bosch book (chronologically) to use 1st person narration. What a brilliant move! Len Cariou provides supremely talented narration. Dramatic, suspenseful, and exciting. Couldn't put it down
