Silvia Davis has been a member of the Church of Christ for 32 years. She is a devoted wife to her husband, John, and is a mother of two. Silvia’s primary goal in life is to motivate and encourage others. Through public speaking and the utilization of social media, she has helped hundreds prioritize the value of self-worth and self-care both spiritually and physically. She currently lives in Arizona.

A tale of how God’s hand can move us in life.
In Living a Parable, the author gives us a look into her past and shares with her audience her experiences that have shaped her life. Furthermore, she ties those lessons to those of God’s teachings. At the end of each chapter she shares applicable bible verses, prayers, and/or exercises. These things add to the book by allowing you to reflect on God’s hand in your own life and remain mindful of His will. Lastly, the story is told with heartfelt feeling since the author is also the narrator. I have a collection of over 500 audible books and Silvia does amazing narration that rivals some of the best narrators I’ve listened to in the past.
