These are the stories of ordinary people in extraordinary times, living in the grip of a regime that did not care if it destroyed the whole country in pursuit of its perverted goals.

Full of inaccuracies
I really would like to know why the editor didn’t fact-check this author and his wild claims and published this book. I lost it when the author claimed that single women were treated worse than Jews in Nazi Germany. Frankly I think this author is just making things up. Others have also pointed out the inane claims that were written here. Honestly the publishing house that backed this should be ashamed for not doing their due diligence and by supporting this author and this book!
