Going out to a club on my own shouldn’t be such a big deal. I’m fully capable of staying safe, but the environment I choose to be in shouldn’t be so sketchy that I can’t let loose like the club claims. Turning into someone’s submissive slave for a night is a pleasure, not a sacrifice, but only if the man I’m submitting to is worthwhile. It’s a little hard getting close to anyone when there’s some unknown man stalking me in the background, but so long as we don’t get emotionally attached, does it even matter?

But when it’s the blonde bombshell I remember meeting not long ago, and she pops up at my favorite club... it’s hard to keep ignoring her. Too bad she’s got danger in her blood, and someone hellbent on hurting her. I suppose that's the best part of falling for a bodyguard — we’re always ready to protect at all costs.

But the way that you
Put those triggers in the story. I definitely had it not as bad as it could have been. Your writing style definitely softened the blow. But made sure you understood how serious things went
There were some seriously scary parts. I'm definitely would have trickered some people. But the way that you wrote it, it was definitely better than others. You did not glorify it you did make sure to emphasize the seriousness
And also emphasize the reactions that some people can have. And that it's perfectly fine to have those reactions, but somebody needs to watch out for them. And I really do truly love the way that you did this book. It was perfect
