Amazing

Incredible man and the story of his life. I was very inspired and moved to emotions. I was somewhat familiar with Sonny Vicaro’s story but this book just made me more aware of living a life of purpose and meaning.

Riveting!

I am a 57 year old woman married to a track coach. I never competed in sports but am a huge fan. Sonny’s story was phenomenal. The reader did an exceptional job. Bravo!

this book and its reader helped me relive my childhood as a sports fan, the beh9the scenes view into the deals I read about in shoe dog was both enlightening and and entertaining. I loved the Uthers intonation throughout and felt it to be culturally accurate. the descriptive nature of the writing style left me feeling as though I were transported to the very moment being described as it tingled all my senses. loves it from start to finish. a true American story of a self made original.

Good to hear his side

Interesting to hear Sonny’s recount of the major events like Nike signing Jordan and the ABCD camps, etc…

Would be awesome if anyone involved in the project actually listened to the reading of the book because the mispronunciations of major basketball figures is embarrassing.

This guy helped sign Michael Jordan to the sneaker deal that put Nike on the map simply because he was personable, creative, trustworthy and a remarkable judge of talent, Honest, straightforward, detailed and totally engrossing, Sunny Vaccaro connects with the reader exactly the way you'd imagine he connected with everyone he came into contact with. What an incredible life, and what a great read.
I absolutely loved this book: Never a dull moment and fantastic pacing... if you enjoyed the movie "Air" you're going to love this account. I drove around creating errands for myself just so I could listen to it on Apple Carplay longer--what a ride. Fabulous narration to boot. Can’t recommend it more highly: Nothing but net.
