Steph did an amazing and relatable job in teaching me that a win is a combination of a healthy and protected mindset, healthset and soulset. His humility and joy are contagious in these words and came to me at a time when I needed to redefine myself. Now it's my turn to get and stay shot ready. it's my legacy now!!!

Unique blend of memoir and self-help

An entertaining book, focusing on Curry's grind and mental game. Particularly helpful is Curry's discussion on how he built confidence by focusing on his own progress rather than comparing himself to others.
One criticism of the audio version is the lack of a PDF. The physical copy of the book has a lot of great pictures, which are absent from the audio version.
Finally, while Curry does not narrate the book other than the introduction, the narrator does a great job reading Curry's words.
