Generally tips and tricks to learn a new language. But I doubt you would learn a language well in 7 days. The trips and tricks presented can be googled or I could have thought of it myself. Nothing "new" or "ground breaking" presented. However, considering that it is an audio book, the cost could compensate for converting this book to an audio book. So overall, you get what you paid for. I was expecting to learn something out of the ordinary, but its just general tips.
