Leadership is the greatest responsibility one can carry, but what makes a great leader? There are some who say leaders are born. Others say leaders are molded and developed. One thing is for sure. Being a great leader takes more than a desire to be in charge. It is a full-time commitment where you must understand all there is to know about your subordinates and place them ahead of yourself. How many times have you or your office languished under lack of guidance, or the absence of a strong leader? The sad truth is too many people are promoted into leadership roles without having the proper training or structure to make them, and you effective.
