Great book focusing on positive thoughts

This book helped me realize how important it is for me to be aware of my thoughts and emotions. This will bring more of the same whether it's positive or negative so I need to stay focused on the things I do want to attract them. I would choose to take this book. It is truly eye opening to see how we make life so much more difficult than it really needs to be.
