When I started my career in 1991, I was damn near homeless and digging pits for the local cable company. But through persistence, a positive mind-set, and a lot of failing, learning, and overcoming, I overcame depression, rage, and low self-esteem to rise through the ranks to build a $40 million company along with running two family-owned small businesses, all of which allows me to mentor others.
In this book, I share my personal struggles through life and business from lessons learned the hard way, the impact of the power of perspective. I explain how to build disciplined habits that will allow you and your team to evolve from acceptable to exceptional.
