Gaston is my favorite guy!!!

This has become my favorite book of the series!!! I cried so many times during this story and I love Gaston so much more now. He wasn’t a villain at all, just clouded by forgotten memories. Truly devastating.

Great Story!

I might not be the biggest Gaston fan but I did love his story and this series is amazing! I highly recommend this book and the whole series! probably my favorite series to read in general and this story just adds to the lineup!

Amazing Story With A Lot of Heart!!!!

I am not a fan of Beauty and the Beast, so I wasn’t looking forward to reading this book about Gaston. I was completely wrong. This book was one of my favorite. I felt bad for Gaston. I will say that “Kill the Beast” was a lot better than “The Beast Within”.

Everyone’s favorite guy

I can never wrap my head around how much sympathy I end up having for these “villains”… please read in order, the odd sisters do not disappoint and the storyline is so much more enjoyable. My God I feel so bad for Gaston, I am shook!!

growing up as friends into enemies

it's so freaking amazing I mean it's so detailed and funny and Gaston is misunderstood like most villains and this tale is so much better if you listen to the books in order(I did not)but it still is amazing either way.it shows the friendship of Gaston and Kingsley and how they evolve and grow up and how they went through a lot and then see it all crash down.5/5

Shocked! in a good way !!!

I love the series to say the least but when I came upon this next book I surely thought the author was grasping at the next story to write with no where to go. That being said this book is one of my favorite in the collection!!!! Yes my Favorite, never would I have ever thought Gaston's life was what it was . Wow! just wow !!! you must listen or read which ever you prefer 😉. I do both at times. And then that tid bit on Tulip !!!! What !!! you all have me on the edge because I am wanting the next one now! making it hard to wait !!!!@

One of my Favorites

One of my favorites in the series. Loved the idea that Gaston grew up with the prince, that they saw each other as brothers till the curse took over. It was interesting that there were filler chapters within this book, given this character was a side character from the original 1991 movie.
I loved that there is two books from from one movie, and villainize these two characters, seeing their friendship from childhood into young adulthood and seeing how the events changed them.
