Kiatana’s Journey (Creatures of the Lands Book 1) ~~ Whether I’m reading or listening on Audible, Kiatana’s Journey pulled me straight into a beautifully built world full of magic, danger, and destiny. I switch back and forth constantly, and this story kept me fully engaged either way. Kiatana is the kind of heroine I instantly connected with — strong, determined, but still figuring out who she is and where she belongs.

The magic system and creatures are fascinating, and I loved how the authors didn’t rush the world-building. You’re given time to understand the lands, the politics, and the stakes, which made every challenge Kiatana faced feel meaningful. There are moments of tension, quiet reflection, and just enough mystery to keep you hooked.

I love reading, and when I’m not reading I’m listening — it keeps my head sane when I’m not teaching, and this book was exactly the escape I needed.

I would definitely recommend this book and series and can’t wait to start on the next book. If you want to know what happens next, you’ll just have to read this series yourself — you won’t regret it.
