Outstanding performance

This compelling mafia tale is brought to life by the great Greg Wagland (famous for his readings of Sherlock Holmes and other Arthur Conan Doyle stories). A great listen.

The stage is set

This is the third and final novella making up this 5 hr mafia tale. Once again, we get a new narrator as the main character shifts, this time to Primo, and finally we have a somewhat likable character. The stage widens to include competing mafia families and cops. For a mafia story, the violence and sex is very tamely portrayed and not graphic or over long. This could be an outstanding full length book; as it stands, it’s a fine conclusion to this Cliff Notes-style story, with all the plots and actions usually present. I recommend this as part of Audible Plus’ free selection.
