Great Story and Insight into one man's life and behind the scenes of Hollywood

I liked learning more about Nick Searcy who I have been a fan of since his time on the TV show 7 Days. I enjoyed hearing his stories about his life, family, and his experiences as a conservative actor.

loved it all.

Nick reads this audio book in such a conversational way, that listening to it I felt like I was hearing a story from an old friend. I can't remember when I have enjoyed an audio book as much as I did this one.

But did you mention that you guest hosted for Rush??

We need more uncompromising Men

Searcy has proven himself over and over to be a man of character as well as a character man. This book takes you through most of his life with his acting roles ticking off the different periods of his existence. It is an enjoyable easy read where he gives some fatherly advice by relating his experiences. He lightheartedly brags a bit on a few achievements but never fails to give credit to where his blessings came from. I don’t know the man however, I feel a bit like I do and I’m better for it.
