I've read and reviewed this book twice (once as part of a set of Down Under romances and once as a stand alone) and I must say I think I enjoyed the audio version best!

Because others have reviewed the story (as I have over on Kindle), I will not do so here. Suffice to say- Rosalind James serves up Las Vegas (new for her to venture into the US for this series), New Zealand, rugby and hot hot HOT romance in an extremely satisfying way!

I absolutely adore Claire's narration (in fact, when I read the book, her voice was totally in my head!). She is able to give each and every character, whether male or female, American or New Zealander, his/her own, distinct voice with accent. Her subtle nuances with each emotion the character is feeling is remarkable.

Listening to Claire is having the book come completely alive in my head. She is absolutely one of my favorite narrators.

This book is the eighth in the series. It can be read/listened to as a stand-alone, buy why? The other books are wonderful and each has prior characters as part of the current story. It's great fun to keep up with favorites as we read/listen to the new characters. I strongly recommend reading and/or listening to these books in order. Besides, you won't go wrong and reading Rosalind's books, listening to Claire's narration are true joys!

sexy covers and writing romances

While in LasVegas, Will agrees to pose for sexy photos on a whim. It’s for a new subscription romance writers website. No big deal, right? Not in NZ where it’s gone viral and they’re thinking smut. Oh no!
Faith agrees to come to NZ as a friend to help calm things down. In LV they agreed to just be friends since he was leaving. Only now, they find out how much harder it is to keep those more intimate feelings in check. They can’t. And how much worse would it be for Will and NZ fans to find out she is writing for the website?
Bocking does a decent job of narration.

another awesome addition to an awesome series

Wow, Claire kicks this book out of the stadium, from the way she get's the NZ Maori accent down and the and the pronunciation of NZ place names

This book warms up in Vegas but then heats up in Geothermal Rotorua and then gets very hot

this book allows you the opportunity to visit Rotorua incase you never get the opportunity to visit this lovely New Zealand town

you are also given a treat of having 2 books in one book, and you will grow to love all the characters in both books

I can not wait for the next Audio book in the escape to New Zealand series as it is one of my favourites

Perfect weekend romance listen!

Rosalind James is my go to author when I need something light and enjoyable for a weekend listen. This story does not disappoint. In keeping with her other Escape to New Zealand stories,these stories are stand alone (another huge plus in my opinion). There is attraction, friendship, family, (family that are friends) Rugby and love. Perfect.

Performance narration by Claire Booking is always pleasant and he male voices are believable and I love the accent! Perfect job well done.

I recommend this book for anyone looking for a light hearted romance. I used a credit and would not hesitate to use one again!

One more great rugby romance from Rosalind James!

If you could sum up Just in Time in three words, what would they be?

Funny, Witty and sweet. Faith tries to keep her distance from Will who will be returning to New Zealand following a tryout while in Las Vegas. Here's one story that won't stay in Vegas. Good thing that is doesn't because Faith help Will open his eyes in so many ways in life.

Which character – as performed by Claire Bocking – was your favorite?

Will as definitely my favorite character of this book. His personally was golden always made me laugh and smile to myself while listening. His struggle to grow up off the rugby field was genuine.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

Favorite part when Faith and Will were at lunch following him being hired for the sexy photo shoot. I loved Will during that scene. I wish I could find myself a Will. If they sold him, they would make millions,

Sexy, Sweet, Superbly performed!!

Rosalind James' Just In Time was a delightful read - a sexy, sensitive, romance with a touch of rugby. And if the book was a rich chocolate mousse cake then Claire Bocking's characterizations are the decadent icing on the cake. She is able to portray a very masculine Kiwi rugby player, a talented Las Vegas female writer, an adolescent teenager, and a wise grandmother seamlessly. Claire just keeps getting better and better. This is a great pairing that should not be missed.

Hooked

I've listened to all of Escape to New Zealand's books and I'm addicted! I finish each book in two or three days. Can't stop listening!! I hope there is a 9th book coming soon. At first I only bought this book bc it came in a bundle of three books. And I was trying to get my money's worth of books. But now I found myself purchasing each individual book bc I can't wait until the next month when I get another credit.

The story lines are a little unrealistic but that's what I like most about it. It's a fantasy and a good one too.

Just in Time

This is my favorite of the series so far. But from what I’ve been told by my reading friends I may change my mind because this series does just keep getting better and better. There was just something about Will- so much more than “Chocolate Cheesecake”. He and Faith complimented each other perfectly.
And I loved the bit of a story within a story. I will definitely be looking up Fierce after I’m done binging this series

Fun twisty story that takes you around some curves to a sweet ending. Narration was supurb.

Steamy rugby romance

This is not my first review of this book, this one being for the latest audible version.
As always Rosalind had me captivated with her style of writing, I love the characters, the rugby, the humour in this series. This version had my preferred amount of steam.
Being such a fan of Rosalinds tales and descriptions of New Zealand in the past, this book did leave me a little wanting, so it won't go down as one of my favourites, it did take me a little while to settle in, but once I did, I enjoyed it with the enthusiasm I have for all of the other books in this fabulous series.
