Mind opening, lots of learning, great resource

This book is filled with so much information, it is a self-guided course. It sparks motivation to grow plants, which is therapeutic and you can learn all about nature and spirit surrounding us. I am involved in psychedelic studies and this author has provided ways to tap in without taking any psychedelics. A great alternative to mind expansion and growth.
