I Can Relate

I had a couple accidental NDEs and sought answers on what happened and how it happened. This book answered that. I’ve listened to it many times. The reader sounds like “Spock”. A familiar voice from my childhood that happens to offer comfort as I listen to this unusual topic. I’ve never been able to achieve an NDE at will. I’ve listened to all 3 of Monroe’s books. Life after death is real. I’ve also been on the “other side”. Locale 1 according to Monroe.

Good book with few grammar mistakes

The “N” word is used multiple times in this book. It’s bit surprising to hear that but other than that the book is great.

Very useful information that is rare to find

Out of Body Experiences are universally experienced, but seldom discussed. Robert Monroe provides a guide to the experience, how to interpret them, how to survive them, and how to have them. Since I have read this, my sleep life has become more intelligible. I wish he had written more.

Very straight forward with no religious goggles to fog it up!

Loved how straight forward Robert was about it all. He writes it all from mostly a scientific point of view and gives results the same way. Very good read, can't wait to start on his second book far journeys.

What was the most compelling aspect of this narrative?

For me, the author's ability to convey his experiences in a way that didn't assume meaning, purpose, etc. and just allowed the reader to interpret for his/her self what it all means.

What about Kevin Pierce’s performance did you like?

Kevin Pierce clearly understands and is informed about the material. For a subject that is so abstract and difficult to translate into words, Kevin does a great job presenting it in a way that is easy to understand, follow, and visualize.

What’s the most interesting tidbit you’ve picked up from this book?

To many interesting parts to write, but my one takeaway from this book is to experience it for myself. I don't have to just take his word for it, or anyone else's for that matter.

If you are curious about out of body experience, lucid dreams, astral projection or anything you feel is similar, I encourage you to download this audiobook and see for yourself. I can say honestly it has changed the way I live my life or at least the way I perceive it.

Exceptional material with an exceptional reader

What did you love best about Journeys Out of the Body?

I'd read the book years before, but it was great to listen to it. To my ear, Kevin Pierce is an outstanding reader for this material. Monroe's book is fascinating. There are a couple times when Monroe's presentation is ever-so-slightly dry, but this works to ease the reader into the material and make it all the more convincing and interesting. Monroe explored his experiences honestly, courageously and with an open mind, and his book opens the door for readers/listeners to consider fascinating material about themselves and about the nature of reality.

All of Robert Monroe's Books are Full Of Information and they are GREAT for anyone interested in Astral Travel. I have read All of his Books, I wish there were More !!!
