a little too simple
If you have listened to many of Deepak's other works like myself then skipped this one. The content is good but too simple for practitioners.
The background music can be annoying as it runs almost all the time.
I don't like meditation exercise in audio books at all, any book. If I were listening to this while driving, it wouldn't be good at all.
