Berry was at once a witty, articulate genius, now widely considered the godfather of rock and roll; a shrewd businessman who had no trouble endlessly renegotiating contracts and refusing to perform until additional cash was gathered up; and also a convicted criminal, who in addition to serving time in prison for transporting a minor across state lines for "immoral purposes" had also been accused of sexual assault and sued in civil court for installing cameras in the restroom of the Southern Air, a restaurant he owned in Wentzville, Missouri.

The great Chuck Berry
I can understand why Chuck was difficult at times. They didn’t let him choose the band and made a white man tell him how to play his songs He lived his way and if try to challenge that he kicked back. That is as Rock n Roll as you can get.

Tells the the real story of Chuck Berry
Chuck Berry had his faults but he was the Father of Rock and Roll!! This story is so interesting and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Chuck and Rock and Roll!!

Fascinating Story - Totally Wrong Narrator
This is the behind the scenes look at the making of the documentary "Hail, Hail Rock and Roll," a fascinating profile of Chuck Berry. Sad to say the narrator was so colossally wrong. Sounded like a fifty year old man delivering a book report to his feet. He was dry and dull.
