For people this book is exactly what you need when it comes to learning the simple parts of the Japanese language. I feel that the average person can pick up the book and learn basic conversational skills that can transition into more advanced Japanese further down the line

I love the structure

This book is layed out perfectly for the average beginner. I can tell that the author has a lot of experience teaching people how to speak Japanese. I also like how this book can be put down and picked back up without missing a beat. The author designed this book to be listened to in short increments.

Easy to understand

I have a daughter who is in 3rd grade and we are both trying to learn Japanese before we travel to Japan for 6 months. This book really allowed us to get down the speaking basics, and I feel way more comfortable having basic conversations in Japanese.

Exactly what I needed

I was searching for a book that would allow me to actually have conversations and that is exactly what this book helped me with. I now can have and feel comfortable talking and understanding when people are speaking in Japanese.

Really easy to understand

This book has been GREAT. I really like how it is structured. It starts by helping you learn the basic vocabulary. From there the book goes over common greetings and sayings in the Japanese language, then the author explains KATAKANA and Kanji in detail. The book ends with grammar and common exceptions in the language. It was a great layout and I was able to learn alot by just listening in the car. I recommend listening to this book and having some sort of physical book or workbook to go along with it. Highly Recommend.

The information in this book is great and can actually be applied in Japanese Culture. I listened to this book a few times, especially the pronunciation parts and it has really helped my conversational skills. The more I learn the more helpful this audiobook becomes.
