Another great read

Like so many of Jeff Wheeler's other books, it's just good from start to finish. I love the amped up action and plot twists that this series has that his other books don't. Again great read. Sad that May is so far away for the next one.

Never disappoints

This is a different flavor than his other books. Intense. High action and lots of twists and turns. Love it!!! Why do you make us wait until May for the 3rd one to come out?!!!!!!

Listened straight through

I liked this book better than the first in the series. Full of action and some surprises I just could not stop listening! Now J wait for the third book to be released.

Writing & Story

Jeff Wheeler, who is best known for his stellar fantasy novels, has created an amazing thriller in the Dresden Codex series. Jaguar Prophecies, book 2, equals the first book in intensity and storytelling. I love this book and literally cannot wait for book 3! Killer thriller!

a great continuation

The book picks up about a year later and was gripping the entire time. lots of action and suspense. Jeff Wheeler writes an excellent story and Kate Rudd delivers as always for narration.

Can’t wait for #3!

I have read everything by Jeff Wheeler and just like his own her series, this one doesn’t disappoint.

Went by too fast

Wow. That was a ride! I was hoping for the conclusion but I guess I have to wait for the next book.

Intriguing up to the last second

Characters are far Less complex and lacked the depth his other books. This book was much better than the first in the series.

Interesting details

I enjoyed the maneuvering between Roth and Jacob. And trying to guess what twist would come next.

Contemporary, different and as good

Mr. Wheeler’s other books, all enthralling, were in a different era and different tone than The Jaguar Prophecies.
Again, he has used his passion for history to regale us with more history.
Twists and turns, rampant powerful magic and engaging personalities for the main characters kept me riveted to the story.
