The smallest flame can set off an explosion

A routine drug bust in Little Italy goes horribly wrong when two squads of plainclothes cops start shooting at each other. When the dust clears, one of Detective Erin O’Reilly’s friends in the Street Narcotics unit is dead. Internal Affairs takes control of the investigation, shoving Erin and her comrades to the sidelines.

Excellent story about an undercover cop and police procedures. I have enjoyed every one of the books in this series. If you like mystery and suspense and action, this is the series for you. It’s great and keeps you listening from the beginning to the end and all of the books and this series are the same. Please give this series a try it’s excellent.

Erin O’Reilly and her K9 have done it again

Finished 8/10/24. This is the one about how Erin comes up against a group of bad cops, among other things. And Rolf is, as always, such a trooper I mean an officer! Wow, the gangsters and the cops really look similar in this one...
