Guía completa!!!
Al incorporar el ayuno intermitente en mi rutina, he podido mejorar mi función hepática, reducir la inflamación y sentirme con más energía y concentración durante todo el día. Después de probar el ayuno intermitente durante varios meses, noté una reducción en la acumulación de grasa en el hígado, mejores niveles de enzimas hepáticas y una mejor salud y bienestar en general.

Excelente dieta!
Después de probar el ayuno intermitente durante unos meses, noté una mejor función hepática, una menor acumulación de grasa en el hígado y una composición corporal general más saludable. Este es un libro muy útil para mí. Sugiero todo de mi amigo. Gracias al autor por este valioso libro.

Una gran fuente de información si desea que toda su información sobre IF se consolide en un libro fácil. Lo aprendí en línea y viendo videos de YT, pero aún necesitaba más información. Describe en detalle muchos Planes diferentes para elegir.
