As Talos presses Alexander to produce evidence of the insurgency afoot in the shadows of Persepolis—an insurgency Alexander hopes will save him—time isn’t on his side.

Will he submit to Talos, biding his time and hoping for Samuel’s return while more Champions face the bloodsport of the Coliseum? Or will he recruit a new team of Champions to help him subvert Talos’ control, even if it risks destruction of the clans of the Naharaim Valley?

The thrilling second installment!!

I loved Champion and was instantly drawn in. Walker nails it again as the author and narrator, putting you right there in every scene. The seamless transition from the excitement of Champion will leave you wanting for book 3, just like me. I highly recommend this story, you will not be disappointed!!
