Great Book!
This was a great book. She really explained some things very well and helped to deepen my inside-out understanding. I was looking for a book on work from this perspective. If you want another perspective on the same understanding then you'd probably enjoy The Little Book of Big Change by Amy Johnson or The Inside-Out Revolution by Michael Neil.
