Felbrigg Napoleon Herriot
Something has gone missing from the most secure facility in the United Kingdom. The secret government organisation that had control of it want it back, and will do anything to get it. Peter is an academic who has made the study of a mysterious and elusive race of beings, the Mi-Go, his life's work. When he receives a note from an unknown person, he's so intrigued that he breaks away from his studies and is drawn into something he could never have imagined. A short story inspired by H.P. Lovecraft and his Cthulhu Mythos.

I'm seeing the word, "Lovecraftian," a lot and that's definitely here, but there's also enough dry wit and ridiculous circumstance to garner comparisons (in my mind) to David Wong (of, "John Dies at the End," fame), Yahtzee Croshaw ("Mogworld,"), and perhaps even Douglas Adams. It's a quick listen, but thoroughly engaging. There's a heck of a lot of potential on display here, and (as ALWAYS with Felbrigg Napoleon Herriot (reading, writing, whatever)) you can't go wrong for the price. This author has a novel in him and I'm looking forward to it.
Bravo! A true double threat!

Would you consider the audio edition of Incursion to be better than the print version?
N/A I did not read the print version.Who was your favorite character and why?
The main character Peter. His experiences mirror our own as we learn about the truth of the world as he does. This provides the listener an easy way to connect with the story. What does Felbrigg Napoleon Herriot bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
He has a wonderful accent. For me (an American), his accent provides a feeling of the old world, the world Lovecraft inhabits. His voice is clear and understandable and his inflection adds to the overall atmosphere of the story. If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Enter the world Lovecraft envisioned.Any additional comments?
