One of my favorites!!❤️😍

Wha Ha Ha! I knew this story would be amazing! There is just something about Errol! I loved him in the last book and in here he was amped up! I laughed and laughed at his showing his date what his items most turn off his women. Who wouldn’t want a sexy, quirky, treasure hunter who wears a kilt? Ashley is almost as determined as Errol is at certain things. I loved the different ways she was trying to get him to agree to this trip. Then how it backfired on Errol when he tried to get her back! Hahaha! These two cracked me up!

The adventure this story took me on is global. The rafting, hiking, spelunking, flying were phenomenal! It really kept me interested in what would happen ir where would they go next! We do get to see a fair amount of past highlanders and they add their own flair to the story. I can only imagine what Munroe’s story will be full of!

I did listen to this on audio. Shane East and Marian Hussey are the narrators. First off Shane East rocks as Errol and even Munroe. Marian Hussey surprised me at how well I enjoyed her as Ashley. She seemed to capture her determination and wild side in her voice!

Entertaining and Captivating!

This is book 12 in the Hot Scots Series. I love this series! Errol and Ashley's story is full of adventure, action, and twists and turns. I liked their push and pull relationship. The storyline is very entertaining and captivating. Shane East and Marian Hussey did an outstanding job with the narration. I enjoyed it. I highly recommend this series.

Non-Stop Action!

There is no shortage of action in this latest installment of Anna Durand’s Hot Scots. Ashley and Errol cross paths and she’s so determined to get him to help her in her quest that she’s willing to do whatever it takes to prove her father right. These two are like oil and water one minute and like magnets the next. I love that they flirt a ton. Errol is very perceptive and always makes sure she’s taken care of always anticipating her needs. Once their trip begins it’s non-stop action! This reminds me of movies like Tomb Raider and Indiana Jones. I was on the edge of my seat often wondering what was going to happen next!

Both Marian Hussey and Shane East did a fabulous job with Errol and Ashley and even the addition of Munro.

Adventure & Romance!

I love adventure and romance, and when put together, it's the perfect storm! Anna Durand takes us on the most fun journey I have been on in a long time and it's fantastic! Ashley, a former librarian is on a mission. Redeem her father's reputation and find the lost treasure of the Grand Canyon. The only man who can help her is Scotsman Errol Murdoch. Not interested, Errol pushes her off until he sees her and cannot help but go. Taking his cousin Munro, the three go off on an archaeological trail. Suspense, romance, and parts that are laugh out loud funny, Anna Durand has a great mix of fun and excitement! It's like Indiana Jones meets National Treasure with a spicy romance and a sarcastic sidekick. The thrill of the hike and the attention to detail as clues are found had me from the start. Add in the explosive chemistry between Errol and Ashley and it's what I love best. Durand also builds a great character in Munro and I cannot wait to hear his story. He has a short temper and a quick wit, making me smile. This is a blast to listen to and should be quick to one-click!

Shane East, what can be said about him that I haven't already? Amazing accents, love his voices and he adds so much into this adventure that it's like seeing a movie. Pair him with Marian Hussey and it's a five star hit! She is amazing, bringing everything to Ashley. Loved this listen and will be recommending it all around!

Another hot Scot!

This book reminded me of a combination of the National Treasure and Indiana Jones movie franchises, with a grumpy and reticent hero, a plucky and persistent heroine, plenty of action, suspense, incredible settings, and wild adventure. The banter back and forth is humorous and endearing, the sexual tension is palpable, the action is fast-paced, and the steam is plentiful. Many of the characters from previous books also show up again here or are at the very least mentioned in the story which connects everything back to this crazy and lovable family of Scots and their wives.

Shane East and Marian Hussey are fantastic and make these characters jump from the pages. If you enjoy a sexy Scot, some unexpected twists and turns, and a heroine who just won't quit, then don't miss this latest installment in Anna Durand's Hot Scots series. You won't be disappointed.
