A.K. Evans delivers again!

Vance is absolutely swoon worthy with his patience, kindness, and understanding. Bellamy - his brave heart - needed the strong man Vance proved to be to pull her out of her heartbreak and show her that the love of the right man, a good man, was worth it. One of my favorite book couples in a long time. Two people perfectly matched for each other. Like I said *swoon*

Great Listen with a sweet story!

In Plain Sight - Audiobook narrated by Lance Greenfield and Lia Langola

This was a sweet story with some light suspense. An entertaining listen with likable characters and enjoyable narrators. Bellamy is living life without a thought about finding love and working hard to help women gain the skills they need to protect themselves. Her past and work have skewed her views on love and men. Vance is a bounty hunter who was a strong, sweet, and sexy hero. Vance and Bellamy both come to the aid of someone needing help and afterward, Bellamy leaves without Vance getting her name, etc. Fate has them bumping into each other around town and they can't deny the connection. Bellamy is able to let him in little by little and when she realizes she wants him in her life, there is no turning back.

Overall, I enjoyed this story and it came with a sweet hea. I do wish we got more of Vance's work as a bounty hunter as part of the story though. It's well written with characters you want as friends. Lance Greenfield is always amazing and this was my first listen by Lia Langola and she was great as well.

Amazing!!!

Another trip has us in Vermont with Bellamy and Vance. After a horrible situation that Bellamy found herself in years ago, she decided she needed to help other women and help them get the knowledge they needed to defend themselves if the need were to arise. Vance saw Bellamy for the first time and was drawn to her, needed to see her, wanted to take a chance with her.
They had a chance meeting when Penny’s boyfriend came into the restaurant that she was working and became physical. Bellamy and Vance both stood up to help deescalate the situation from getting too far out of hand. Bellamy saw flashbacks and Vance saw a strong woman that he needed to get to know better.
A. K. Evans did an amazing job with Vance and Bellamy. I look forward to the next and final book of the Road Trip Series!

Another great installment

I love the road trip romance books. They are all sweet stand-alones. However, sometimes you will get little tidbits from other AK Evans stories! I love how Bellamy studied at Archer Tactical and Harper Security. We don’t hear from any of those characters, but it was a lovely shout out that made me smile.

Both narrators do a wonderful job of performing their parts. I didn’t feel as though they were just reading the story for me as there were little nuances between characters.

Hope you enjoy this sweet romance as much as I did!
